Bizarre Portraits

Spread the love

Expect the unexpected in photographer Christopher Ryan’s brand new series “Bizarre Portraits”.

Absurdism enters the real world and the implausible becomes possible.

Christopher is now booking regular people of all ages to participate in this fun photoshoot.  Participants can be any age, race, size, etc.  Individuals are welcome as well as families, siblings, and or groups of friends.

The objective: cause the viewer to look twice and challenge their perceptions of an image and embrace the bizarre.

Your own home or location can be the setting.  Please send a snapshot of the proposed location and participants and let Christopher dream up a weird concept just for you!

Only adventurous open-minded people need apply.  You may find yourself in a group portrait with everyone’s heads in pillow cases, playing cards in a bathtub with your kids spraying you with water, standing in a cemetery in your pajamas holding a bouquet of balloons, or attached to your mailbox with Saran wrap – in your tighty whities!  Whatever it is, the prints or social media pieces will be sure to start a conversation!

Please read the TFP FAQ section for details on modeling.
